Operator and business purpose

CompanyDelta is intended for business evaluation of company-search, monitoring, investigation and review workflows. Public pages are available to visitors; customer workspaces and their API or MCP data remain restricted to authorised users and credentials.

Plans, enquiries and payments

An enquiry requests a discussion. It does not place an order, reserve a meeting, incur a fee or grant a data licence. Self-service plans use the prices, billing interval and allowances displayed on the pricing and Stripe checkout pages when an order is placed. Negotiated pilots, Enterprise arrangements, implementation, support commitments and any non-standard data scope must be agreed separately in writing.

Search allowance and saved-company capacity are separate limits. Current monthly allowances are 3 / 100 / 300 / 1,000 searches and 3 / 100 / 300 / 1,000 saved companies on Free / Pro / Business / Enterprise respectively. Existing saved records remain accessible after a downgrade, but new additions are blocked while the workspace exceeds its current capacity.

Free watchlist and paid monitoring

The Free plan lets an authorised user save up to three companies to a watchlist for manual review. Saving a company does not start automatic recurring monitoring. Automatic scheduled checks, API and MCP access require an active paid plan and the relevant data connection. Coverage, available fields and successful collection still depend on the company, jurisdiction and source.

AI and MCP permissions

A data-provider subscription or API credential does not automatically authorise AI prompting, grounding, model training or sharing records with an external assistant. The applicable data-service terms include restrictions on AI use.

Before using CompanyDelta with licensed records, the applicable written agreement must expressly identify the permitted AI investigation and MCP uses, approved providers and data scope, and address any conflicting restriction. This page does not override that restriction or grant model-training or redistribution rights.

Data and generated findings

Coverage and source freshness vary. Website company examples are illustrative. Verify identity, dates, source records, calculations and gaps before relying on a finding. AI-generated interpretations may be incomplete or incorrect; a reviewer remains responsible for conclusions and follow-up.

Access and acceptable use

Use only accounts, portfolios and records you are authorised to access. Protect credentials, respect configured scopes and limits, and do not bypass access controls or disclose another party’s confidential information. Exports and external integrations remain subject to the applicable data licence.

Product boundaries

The service does not promise real-time coverage, a certified compliance outcome or a contractual availability level. Credit risk, bank-account verification, sanctions screening, partner credit scores and credit limits are outside the current product scope. Authentication, billing, email and scheduled jobs are configured in production; individual provider connections and data rights still determine which workspace actions can complete. Homepage company questions

The homepage assistant allows three submitted questions per calendar month for a Free account or anonymous network identity, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month. Paid workspace limits follow the active plan. A request counts when it is submitted to the provider, including when the provider fails or the request is interrupted. The assistant retrieves company information and generates answers; verify entity identity, dates and supporting records before relying on them. A question does not create a paid subscription or start automatic monitoring.
