Review workflows
Configure the same rules from your assistant.
Browse five templates with list_workflow_templates. Use create_workflow to save a paused rule, preview_workflow to inspect companies and required monitoring, and activate_workflow after confirmation. Follow pending activation batches until the returned state is active or needs attention.
list_workflows, get_workflow and list_workflow_runs show configuration, monitoring readiness and review history. update_workflow saves edits paused; pause_workflow stops review tasks while company monitoring continues.
Grant workflows:write to manage rules and monitoring:write as well to activate their monitoring. Existing connections need new permissions explicitly approved. Use save_company to save a selected entity without monitoring, and archive_workflow to archive or restore a rule paused. get_review reads the current revision and decision history; update_review uses reviews:write to reassign or resolve a review with a written decision. Run history supports pagination.
Access and usage
Choose what your assistant can do.
Read access covers saved records. Search access allows live searches and company retrievals using your workspace’s search allowance. Monitoring permission allows confirmed changes to your lists, saved companies and alert preferences. Workflow permission controls rule creation, edits and pause; activation also requires monitoring permission. Integration-management permission separately controls webhook creation and can only be granted by an owner or admin.
Successful searches and live retrievals each use one search credit. Failed searches restore the credit. A separate retry limit protects the service. Starting monitoring uses a saved-company slot if the company is new.

Do I need an API key?
OAuth clients use CompanyDelta sign-in and consent. API keys remain available for compatible developer clients; keep them in secure client settings.
Can an assistant start monitoring without asking?
The monitoring tools require a confirmation argument and instruct the assistant to obtain your approval. Grant monitoring permission only to clients you trust; the server cannot verify a conversation it does not receive.
Does a company always have every dataset?
No. Coverage depends on the source and jurisdiction. The tool returns available records and explicit gaps. An empty dataset does not establish that no records exist.
Does a saved company mean monitoring is active?
No. The response includes the confirmed subscription state and current data-check status. Inspect these before relying on monitoring.
