Choose the right legal entity first.

Your assistant returns the company’s registration, country and available records, then asks you to confirm the company and monitoring signals.

New changes appear in your workspace, email alerts and configured webhooks.

Eight tools for a complete workflow.

Tool availability follows your approved permissions. Saved lists paginate; retrieved records retain their sources, capture dates and coverage gaps.

Monitoring

Use the CompanyDelta server URL.

Add https://companydelta.com/api/mcp through your assistant’s custom MCP connection settings. Sign in to CompanyDelta, select an active paid workspace and approve the permissions you need.

Add a custom MCP connection.

Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings. Follow OpenAI’s current setup instructions.

OpenAI setup instructions ↗
  1. Open the permitted custom MCP connection flow.
  2. Enter https://companydelta.com/api/mcp and choose OAuth authentication.
  3. Sign in, choose your CompanyDelta workspace and review permissions.
  4. Ask the assistant to list saved companies. Check the returned workspace records before starting monitoring.

Connection availability and administrator controls depend on your assistant. CompanyDelta does not claim a marketplace listing or vendor endorsement.

Choose what your assistant can do.

Read access covers saved records. Search access allows live searches and company retrievals using your workspace’s search allowance. Monitoring permission allows confirmed changes to your saved companies.

Successful searches and live retrievals each use one search credit. Failed searches restore the credit. A separate retry limit protects the service. Starting monitoring uses a saved-company slot if the company is new.

You stay in control

  • Consent names the client, workspace and permissions.
  • Monitoring changes require explicit confirmation.
  • Membership and plan access are checked on each request.
  • Revoke access in MCP & integrations at any time.
  • Keep sample labels, evidence and missing data visible.

Do I need an API key?

OAuth clients use CompanyDelta sign-in and consent. API keys remain available for compatible developer clients; keep them in secure client settings.

Can an assistant start monitoring without asking?

The monitoring tools require a confirmation argument and instruct the assistant to obtain your approval. Grant monitoring permission only to clients you trust; the server cannot verify a conversation it does not receive.

Does a company always have every dataset?

No. Coverage depends on the source and jurisdiction. The tool returns available records and explicit gaps. An empty dataset does not establish that no records exist.

Does a saved company mean monitoring is active?

No. The response includes the confirmed subscription state and current data-check status. Inspect these before relying on monitoring.
