Customer agreements
The public website and self-service application do not replace an enterprise service agreement, data licence or data processing agreement.
Before production use, the contracting process must establish the service and order terms, permitted data uses, controller and processor responsibilities, any required data processing agreement, approved providers and international transfer arrangements. Support and availability commitments must be agreed in writing.
AI investigation and MCP permissions must be expressly covered by the applicable data licence. Contact the legal team to discuss your requirements; this page does not represent that these agreements have already been approved.
Privacy enquiries and data corrections
For access, correction, deletion or an objection to personal-data processing, email the privacy team. Include enough context to identify the record or request, but do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless requested securely. The privacy notice explains your rights and how to raise a complaint.
