What is the CompanyDelta online platform?
It is a browser workspace for organising companies, reviewing recorded changes, investigating available evidence and recording the team's decisions. It also holds team access, API keys, MCP tools and webhook settings.
Who is the platform built for?
Enterprise teams responsible for company verification, suppliers, corporate ownership, financial-filing reviews and company data quality. Each team can organise its companies into portfolios while using a shared review process.
Do I need to write code to use it?
No code is needed to explore the workspace, maintain portfolios or review cases in the browser. An administrator still needs to configure live data services and source checks. Connecting external systems through APIs or webhooks normally requires technical work.
Is the data in the example workspace real?
No. The example workspace contains illustrative companies, events and reviews and labels them as sample data. It helps you inspect the workflow without treating a product demonstration as a live company investigation.
Does adding a company automatically start live monitoring?
No. A saved company first needs a paid plan, an appropriate source connection, a confirmed match and supported fields. Eligible active paid workspaces are processed by the recurring scheduler; free watchlists remain available for manual review.
Can we monitor directors, ownership and financial filings?
These are supported monitoring categories alongside company status and registered details. The actual records and detectable changes depend on the company, jurisdiction and configured data source. Check portfolio coverage before relying on a category.
What does the AI investigation do?
When the required services are connected, it uses saved source snapshots and company events to prepare an answer with evidence references. The team reviews the output and unresolved gaps. AI analysis is not an automatic approval of the company or relationship.
Can we add colleagues and control access?
Owners and admins can manage workspace roles. The available roles are owner, admin, analyst and viewer. Adding a member queues a service email; the recipient must sign in with the same address before workspace access is granted.
Can the platform work alongside our own software?
Yes. The API can retrieve saved workspace records, MCP provides read-only assistant tools and webhooks can send recorded events to a compatible receiver. External access and any destination-specific integration must be configured and tested.
