A defined trigger
Choose a supported ownership, director, status, financial-filing or company-detail event. Establish which changes actually require attention.
Compliance Workflow Automation
Connect company-record events to review work. Keep rules understandable, assignments visible and decisions recorded before information reaches another system.
Company and source evidence attached
Assign an analyst and record the question
Review note, responsible owner and history
Purpose-built company intelligence
Choose a supported ownership, director, status, financial-filing or company-detail event. Establish which changes actually require attention.
Create a case, assign a workspace member and use priorities, due dates and decisions to manage the queue.
Inspect webhook delivery status and retry failed delivery. A recorded event and a successfully delivered notification are different outcomes.
A practical workflow
Choose the event category and define the review workflow.
Assign responsibility to a member of the workspace.
Review the change, evidence and unanswered questions; record the decision.
Use a tested webhook destination where needed, then check the delivery history.
Evidence and operating boundaries
Rules create a predictable review route. AI can assist investigation, but does not replace the approval policy.
The current workflow creates internal cases and supports webhook delivery. It does not automatically approve a supplier, change an ERP record or make a compliance decision.
Named CRM and ERP connectors are not built-in integrations. Automatic processing and email delivery report their current state on the Service status page; failed delivery remains visible in the workspace.

The examples use invented company records. Review how findings, supporting excerpts, gaps and proposed actions are presented.

The current workspace supports event-type rules that create a case and assign a member. Broader multi-step approvals and destination-specific actions must be scoped and implemented separately.
No dedicated connector is currently verified. A customer can integrate using supported APIs or webhooks after validating permissions, mapping and delivery.
The existing review workflow retains prior review values and subsequent decisions. Review history provides context; it is not a certified audit or retention guarantee.
CompanyDelta presents findings for review. Your organisation defines the approval authority and verifies the evidence before taking consequential action.
The workspace records delivery state and attempts and supports retries. A receiving system should handle duplicate events safely; automatic processing health should be checked before relying on unattended operation.
