Choose the records worth following.

Registered details and status

Compare available company names, registered addresses and legal status. A status change prompts review; it is not an automatic conclusion about a business.

People and ownership

Review recorded directors, officers, shareholders and group relationships. Field availability and the quality of identifiers vary by source and country.

Financial filings

Identify newly available statements and compare reported periods. Financial analysis uses filed figures; it does not produce partner credit scores.

Build a reliable monitoring baseline.

  1. Match the company

Resolve the company identity and select the supported record categories.

  2. Save the baseline

Establish an initial source baseline; an initial snapshot is not presented as a new business change.

  3. Compare the record

Run a connected source check or receive a supported event. Keep effective, filing and detection dates distinct.

  4. Prepare the review

Inspect old and new values, collection status and supporting records. Assign a review when your policy requires it.

Know when a check needs attention.

A quiet feed is not a freshness guarantee

Check the last successful collection and any partial failures. Missing data or a failed request must not be read as “nothing changed.”

Frequency depends on the source

There is no universal real-time promise. Registry publication, provider collection and your configured schedule all affect when an event becomes visible.

Current operating status

The workspace contains manual source checks and a job endpoint. Live use requires a configured registry connection; automatic processing is available for eligible paid workspaces, with current health published on the Service status page.

What to know before you start

How often are companies checked?

Agree the collection schedule and source-specific availability during setup. The service supports manual checks and automatic processing for eligible paid workspaces; current scheduler health is published on the Service status page.

Does a newly detected record mean the change happened today?

No. Compare effective date, filing date and detection date. Delayed filings, corrections and historical backfills may describe older changes.

Can every country support every event?

No. Review coverage for the actual country, company and record category. General company counts do not establish event-level availability.

Do you monitor employees?

No. This product monitors legal entities and their available company records. It is not employee activity or workplace surveillance software.

How does this differ from an API?

The platform keeps the portfolio, saved comparisons, review ownership and history together. API access alone supplies records that a customer must connect to their own process.
